Design of Matching Imaging on Agile Satellite with Wide-Swath Whiskbroom Payloads along the Coastal Zone

The non-linearly curved coastal zone is very long and wide. traditional satellite can’t cover the whole in a single scan. So, method of matching imaging combining adjustment attitude scanning swing mirror are proposed. Firstly, based on position feature points zone, when optical axis always to calculated. According width sea land both sides coastline, parameters wide-swath whiskbroom payloads analyzed. Secondly, velocity vector model considering time-varying dynamic constructed. schemes such as adjustments yaw angle detector developed. Finally, precise experiment designed verify correctness imaging. experimental results show that resolution less than 1 pixel its modulation transfer function (MTF) greater human eye’s minimum MTF 0.026. using can realize wide along coastline improve temporal at same time.
